By entering Canco Draw contest, you signify your acceptance of the rules and regulations set out here by the Canco Canada Corporation.Entrant warrants that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the draws. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

•  Participants can gain one entry per each “Canco Prize Card” they receive at the time of purchasing Canco Canada products. Canco Prize Cards are inserted in the package of the product, each card is considered as a proof of purchase of one of Canco Canada products.

•  Canco Canada Corporation has right to ask the winner for additional proofs of purchase such as the original receipt of purchase.

•  Canco Canada Corporation reserves the right to modify the scheduling and frequency of any “Canco Prize” draws without prior notice.

•  Canco Canada Corporation reserves the right to terminate the “Canco Prize” draws without prior notice.

•  The winner will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Eligibility

•  You are eligible to enter the Canco Prize draw if you have purchased at least one of Canco Canada products in Canada .

•  Parent, legal guardian, or sibling can act on behalf of a minor.

•  To be eligible to enter the Canco Prize draw, you must complete and mail the Canco Prize Card to Canco Canada Corporation or complete the Canco Prize Card on line on Canco Canada Corporation website.

•  To claim the prize, winners must have an original receipt of purchase available. Canco Canada Corporation may ask for an original copy of the purchase receipt. In these cases, it is strongly recommended that the winners photocopy all documents and keep them as the proof of purchase.

•  All employees, officers, agents, distributors or affiliates of Canco Canada Corporation or of any advertiser, promotion agency, or fulfillment agency are NOT eligible to enter the Canco Prize draw.

•  Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

•  Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of Canco Canada Corporation.

•  In the event of a prize winner being disqualified, Canco Canada Corporation is under no obligation to publish this on the site.

How to play

•  It is easy. To enter the Canco Prize draw, just complete and mail the Canco Prize Card to Canco Canada Corporation or complete the Canco Prize Card on line on Canco Canada Corporation website.

•  Please remember to keep the receipt of your purchase until the result of the draw is final and posted on Canco Canada website. Winners may be requested to supply a photocopy of the receipt of their purchase.

•  The draw will be held at the last working day of each month for all entries of the previous month.

•  Winners of Canco Prize draw will be randomly chosen by a representative of Canco Canada Corporation.

•  The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

•  The winners of Canco Prize draws will be notified by phone or email within five working days of the drawing.

•  The full name, city and province of the winners will be posted on Canco Canada website within ten working days of the drawing.

•  Except where prohibited, participation in the Canco prize draw constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and address for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Prizes

•  The type and number of prizes depend on the total number of entrant and will vary every month; Canco Canada Corporation reserves the right to determine the type and number of prizes.

•  Details of prize values for Canco Prize draws can be found on Canco Canada website.

•  Prizes are non-transferable.

•  The prize winners will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the prize draws.

•  Prizes will be delivered to the addresses of the prize winners mentioned in the Canco Prize Card.

•  The winner will be charged for the shipping charges.

General Conditions

•  Winners may be requested to supply a photocopy of the receipt of their purchase.

•  In the event that any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or the winner declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five working days of notification then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Canco Canada Corporation sole discretion.

•  Canco Canada Corporation expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Canco Canada Corporation and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, distributors, marketing partners and affiliates harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

•  All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.

•  No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries will be accepted.

•  Participants may enter using multiple Canco Prize Cards; each card will be counted as one entry and has an equal chance of wining.

•  Canco Canada Corporation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the draws or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

•  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the draws is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Canco Canada Corporation reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Canco Canada Corporation's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

•  Canco Canada Corporation is not responsible for any online or other charges you may incur in connection with participating in the draw.

•  All content on the Canco Canada website is the property of Canco Canada Corporation or the manufacturers and suppliers of the items offered in the draws. Canco Canada Corporation grants a limited license to each user of the Website to make personal use only of the Website itself. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission or display of the content on the Website is strictly prohibited.

Disputes

•  Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with Canco prize draws, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the draws or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts of Ontario, Canada; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering Canco Prize draws but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

•  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Canco Canada Corporation in connection with the draws, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario.
